Peggy and I have been praying early this morning and will continue. May the Lord protect you. He never fails us even though we often panic.
Psalm 121:8 'The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forever.' Reassures our movements are in HIS control! That's comforting knowing our heavenly Father goes before us, and we have his back.
Also I want to explain something. I saw something extra in this verse of Psalm 11:4 'The Lord is in his holy temple; the Lord’s throne is in heaven.'
I saw that taking refuge in God does not always mean immediate escape from pain and suffering or the apparent chaos on earth such as hurricanes or severe thunderstorms that we frequently get. But because God is enthroned, he is in control and unconcerned. This doesn’t mean that he is unconcerned with oncoming events. It merely means that God is not panicking (Psalm 2:4).
Numbers 6: 24-26 'The Lord bless you and keep you; 25 the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; 26 the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.'
