A boy was walking home from school, he saw an apple tree. He looked to the treetop and saw apples. He kicked the trunk of the tree and looked again to the treetop, but there was no apples. He searched the ground, but there wasn't apples either. So where did the apples disappear?  Scratching head....a little confused.

Btw this is quite stupid  Doh!

The REAL stupid answer would be that when he was walking by, he was far enough away, he could actual see the top, and its apples.  However, when he was close enough to kick the tree, he couldn't see the top anymore because of the branches and leaves.

Another stupid answer: I have an idea!

Some big, apple-eating birds (or flying INSECTS Scared), was about to devour them, but the kid kicked the tree, and scared them away, still clutching the fruit. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

[I work for the government, so if that isn't the right stupid answer, we've got plenty more... I agree]

Since it's the independence day, I will reveal the answer to this "fantastic" riddle, so u can amuse your fellow celebrators with this conundrum, or maybe not.  Juggling

So there were two apples in the top of the tree, when the kid kicked the tree, other apple fell to the ground. When boy was looking at the top he didn't see apples, he saw only an apple, and when he searched the ground there weren't apples either only an apple.  Playing guitar  Doh! Doh! Doh! Doh!

That wasn't stupid enough for us.  Frowning

I mean, we have whole doctrines based on how few children can fit the definition of "children", and how many elders it takes to be "elders."
