Tomorrow I will drive my car.   Tomorrow I will not obey any traffic laws, instead I will be guided by the Spirit.  What do you think is going to happen to me?                                         PS Please don't be too graphic Smile

Maybe nothing at all, providing that law enforcement is in another area of town.

My dad always thought there should be one day a month where traffic laws were not in force (as long as you stayed on highway property) so that folks could get it out of their system.  The old saying is "sometimes death can be a blessing".  It's true if the guy's a pest, so it would be a good way for the craziest of them to have at it and maybe some of them will shove off.

taller, better looking and smarter . . .

They turned me loose from the nervous hospital.  Said I was well.  Mmm hmm.

Suffering for your beliefs is called faithfulness, making others suffer for your beliefs is called being a jerk.

His cross, like the ark in the wilderness, is the center around which his people are to encamp; so that they cannot separate into factions, or withdraw from each other, without retiring at the same time from the presence of the cross.

If those traffic laws were written on your heart, you wouldn't have to ask such a pointless question.

We would still need to keep them no matter where are they written.   I wonder if you understand what the term "written in our hearts"  mean? The bottom line is that we need to obey them, because if we don't, suffering and death will eventually be the consequence.  God bless.

If they allow such a day, please let me know what day that is.  I still value my current health Smile

I always drive like this...putting the "intent of the law" above "the letter of the law."

Tell me David, given the choice between getting hit by a Mack truck and making an illegal lane change, which do you choose?

Or how about this one...everyone on the highway is going about 8 mph over the limit.  If i go the limit, everyone pulls out at an alarming pace around me, creating a dangerous situation.  Which should I do, go the limit, or go 5 over and be safe?

No matter what motives a person might have for keeping traffic laws it is still necesary to obey them.

I'll take my chances and possibly get a ticket, rather than a casket.

Making an illegal lane change has the potential of being a more serious accident specially on a two lane road.

Jarrod if a truck is going to hit me I tried to get out of the way.  Of course!  But most likely the driver of that truck broke some traffic law.  Whether he did it intentionally or by accident does not make any difference, at least to me.
