QUESTION: Is the 7th Day Adventist church independent from the rest of the Christian world ?
By that I mean, are they teaching Biblical doctrines that the rest of the Christian world, fails to teach ?
For example: They teach about God's Jusgment Day, which the Bible says is part of the Gospel message. Revelation 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
Most people will agree that God has a Judgment Day, for every person ever born.
BUT, SDA's go so far as to teach that that Judgment Day also includes an 'Investigation of Christians', which will determine whether their names are kept in the Book of Life, or taken out of the Book of Life based as to how they have embraced the Gospel message, which includes the observance of each and every one of God's Commandments, as found in Exodus 20:3-17.
There are at least 3 times in the Bible, that states that a person's name CAN BE...taken out of the Book of Life......do you know where they are ?
