Lamb like beast speaking like a dragon

With the changes that have been going on in the States over the last few years or so ... can there be any doubt that the Lamb like beast is now speaking as a dragon

The changes have been going on for many years now.  They are becoming more rapid though as time goes on.   As the country has been more and more Romanized, so have we been pushing ourselves more and more upon the rest of the world, and loosing freedoms left and right at home.  The last stages will be very rapid.
