I added input that as relevant to the question.  Facts would be appreciated vs. snide remarks.  You aren't the thought police.

will an SDA pastor baptize a person who has accepted Jesus if they do not desire membership in the SDA Church?
To the best of my knowledge only the SDA's and the Baptists require baptism.

That was not the question.  Would be pleased if you would not assume a question that hasn't been asked.refrain from assuming a question that has not been asked.

No snide involved - Just a simple request concerning my question.

A thoughtful appraisal of the original question I asked, when compared to the response you provided to my quoted question in your post will show the reason for the disconnect.

The question was: ‘will an SDA pastor baptize a person who has accepted Jesus’ unless a certain requirement is met.  The requirement was not baptism therefore your comment was irrelevant to the question.

Do you wish to restate that a request for SDA membership is a requirement for baptism by an SDA pastor?

I had forgotten about that question.  However, you posted the following on another thread current occupant -

I have never seen an acknowledgment of any errors or wrong doing on the part of Ellen White by any SDA defender or by anyone within the SDA church during the 50+ years I was a member.

If you were a member of the SDA church for fifty years, then you would know the answer to that question better tha I would.  So why ask it?

Christ said you don't need a building or holy mountain to worship God.  The true worshippers of God will worship in spirit and in truth.  Baptism is not about being dipped in Water.  The water was mearely a symbol of repentance from Sin washing clean the temple of the holy spirit.  There is no repentance with out the love and wisdom of the Law of God which defines for you the sins that you are to repent from.

Do not worry about the carnal traditions of men.  Baptise yourself in the truth of the Law by making it wisdom for the Way to life.  Soon you will be of the truth and hear God's voice.  Take direction from the Heavenly parent just as Christ did and you will not stumble in the night as the Chrstian denominations do.

The congregation of Christ are those who have the spriit of God within.  Those who are of a denomination are mearely of a daughter of Rome trapped in Roman doctrine never knowing Christ but only reading about others in the past who did hear God's voice.

God Bless

I added input that as relevant to the question.  Facts would be appreciated vs. snide remarks.  You aren't the thought police.

The thought police bury God's treasure to take away their reproach.

"And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, we will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach." Isaiah 4:1.

Seven represents: Complete, All, finished, totality; complete cycle event aka creation, 7 last plagues, 7 years of good harvest, 7 years of famine, 7 churches of Revelation called out for their flaws!

Woman represents: Church

“Shall take hold of one man”; represents how all churches in the end time will claim to follow Christ.

“We will eat our own bread”; (They reject the true Bread of life-Jesus and His teachings, see John 6:51, and prefer rather to "eat" their own false doctrines and traditions see Isaiah 8:20) This can apply to the 4 bible gospels if they are not every word that proceeded from the mouth of God!

'and wear our own apparel' (they also reject the pure, white robe of Christ's righteousness and prefer their own system of works and self-righteousness.

'only let us be called by Thy name' (they desperately, despite their rebellion against God’s Laws, want to be recognized as part of Christ's church, why?)

'to take away our reproach'.
Reproach:       an expression of rebuke or disapproval
a cause or occasion of blame, discredit, or disgrace
