SDA’s also teach that sabbath keeping is the seal of God and Sunday is the mark of the beast.

As you know, and have been told many times, such is not the case prior to the enforcement of the mark of the beast upon all. Then all must decide, and such will apply. But hey, what are the details for those intent simply to malign and bear false witness. Once again, I must warn you that none will bear false witness against another with impunity before God.

Perhaps least, but in the kingdom of Heaven, none the less.

They will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, that doesn't necessarily mean they will be their. Not sure heaven will be a place where people will be referred as the least or most significant. Time will tell this as well as all else.

But, they contribute to the mark that others take because they regularly go and eat out after their Church services; forcing others to work, waiting upon them, catering to them and serving them while they rest; thereby causing others to stumble and that's not looking real good for them...is it?  What does the bible say about those that cause others to stumble?

Perhaps many do. If they would just stop doing that, all those people would stop working on the Sabbath wouldn't they? Then they could all be saved, yea that's the ticket. We made them do it.

Yea, never mind all those other Christians who kept the Sabbath all throughout history. Or the fact that a Seventh Day Baptist had to introduce the teaching to Adventists, before they accepted it and became Seventh Day Adventists. What CO2 says os of course true, because CO2 said it, right? Baloney!

Please point out where “those other Christians who kept the Sabbath all throughout history“ said that “It means eternal salvation to keep the sabbath holy unto the Lord”

Which groups stated that sabbath keeping was a condition of receiving salvation?

AMO, Please contribute something to the discussion besides sarcasm.

The mark of the beast IS WRITTEN all over the pages of the New Testament and even Old Testament. Its mark is conspicuous and unmistakable in EVERY FALSE, NEW, 'translation' exactly where Scripture has BEARING ON "THE TIMES AND LAW OF YAHWEH" his PASSOVER OF YAHWEH times and Law!

Wow. How gullible you are. I guess it is easy to believe what we wish to be true.

She said salvation was based on what day we worship!

She makes a mockery of the cross and implies Jesus FAILED.

She also plagiarized MUCH of "her" work and made a number of false prophecies.

GE:
History, pure history: Christians!

Christians who during the past 2000 years kept the Seventh Day Sabbath BECAUSE they ALL, ALWAYS have believed it is "the Seventh Day Sabbath : OF THE LORD GOD". Christians were they ALL of whom MANY paid with their lives at the hand of SUNDAY Christians equally zealous FOR THE LAW as they.

Denial does not change truth; it strengthens it.

I came across this and it shows how the Sabbath will be the final test of those who love the Lord and those who rebel against Him. Take a look...

"The Final Test...Satan’s war against God and His authority has focused upon the character of God and His law from the very beginning, and it will escalate just before Jesus comes the second time.

Jesus must have known that Satan would tempt us to doubt our need to obey God’s law, for He emphasized that our obedience is a demonstration of our love to Him: “If you love Me, keep My commandments. . . . If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.” John 14:15; 15:10. John the beloved wrote, “For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.” 1 John 5:3.

The fourth of the ten commandments reminds us to keep the seventh-day Sabbath:

“Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.” Exodus 20:8-11....

During His earthly life, Jesus affirmed what day is the true “Lord’s day”: “The Son of Man is . . . Lord of the Sabbath.” Mark 2:28.

In the book of Revelation, chapter 14, John tells us that he saw three angels flying in the heavens. As the first of those three angels calls all people to worship God, it is interesting to note that he uses language similar to what we read above in the fourth commandment. Note also that these three messages focus on the issue of who we worship:

“Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people—saying with a loud voice, ‘Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.’ And another angel followed, saying, ‘Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.’ Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, ‘If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name. Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.” Revelation 14:6-12.

This issue of worship is indicated by man’s choice whether he will honor the true Sabbath of God or the false Sabbath that man established:

...As the Protestant churches reject the clear, Scriptural arguments in defense of God’s law, they will long to silence those whose faith they cannot overthrow by the Bible. Though they blind their own eyes to the fact, they are now adopting a course which will lead to the persecution of those who conscientiously refuse to do what the rest of the Christian world are doing, and acknowledge the claims of the papal sabbath.

The dignitaries of church and state will unite to bribe, persuade, or compel all classes to honor the Sunday. The lack of divine authority will be supplied by oppressive enactments. Political corruption is destroying love of justice and regard for truth; and even in free America, rulers and legislators, in order to secure public favor, will yield to the popular demand for a law enforcing Sunday observance. Liberty of conscience, which has cost so great a sacrifice, will no longer be respected. In the soon-coming conflict we shall see exemplified the prophet’s words: “The dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” Revelation 12:17....."

Show me where our salvation is based on whether we "keep" saturdays?

AMO, Please contribute something to the discussion besides sarcasm.

As soon as you show me the quote where the SDA denomination said, "It means eternal salvation to keep the sabbath holy unto the Lord", I'll show you why such a statement in and of itself is absolutely false. We contend that disregarding any of the ten commandments of God is endangering one's soul. The fourth commandment just happens to be the one commandment that so very professed Christians disregard. Thus the contention concerning the same. We also proclaim that the false worship that will be forced upon all by the final best of biblical prophecy will be the observance of Sunday sacredness. At that time, all who choose mans command above God's command will be lost for doing so. This does not however mean that all who observe the Sabbath during that time, or any other are saved by doing so. Salvation certainly entails more than the observance of any one commandment, though it may be lost by any who refuse God's authority concerning any one commandment. Such is a rejection of the truth. All who reject truth will be lost.

As a side note, we are not actually the first to suggest the Sabbath as a test during the end times. A book was first written concerning such long before SDA's existed. I posted a link to it some time ago on these boards, I'll see f I can find it and post it again.

Please explain how the Holy Spirit is NOT the Seal of God and the sabbath is the seal of God.

Why would I say the Holy Spirit is not the seal of God, the bible says the Holy Spirit is the seal of God. Again, this is you bearing false witness about me, not what I actually believe. According to scripture, God will seal his people, and Satan will mark his people that worship the beast. The former will believe the truth, which the Holy Spirit convicts the world of, and the latter will believe and or serve deception, which Satan brings into and convicts the world of. Those who believe the truth are sealed with the Holy Spirit of God, those who believe and or serve a lie receive the mark of the beast. The difference between the two has to do with the commandments of God.

Rev 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. 12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

In relation or contrast to those who worship the beast and receive its mark, the saints are said to be those who "keep the commandments of God, and have the faith of Jesus". The commandments are truth established by the word of God. Those who keep them are the saints, and the saints have the seal of God, which is the Holy Spirit of God who reveals truth. By contrast, those who worship the beast are involved in a from of worship which breaks the commandments of God and is therefore deception. Those who reject the truth cannot be sealed by God because they reject the Holy Spirit of God who reveals truth, thus they receive the mark of the beast instead of the seal of God. Thus the Sabbath and Sunday become signs of the worship of God or Satan, truth or error, the Holy Spirit or the unclean spirits from below.

You think it is ludicrous to think Sunday observance will be forced upon all, though that is exactly what has been done all throughout history by "Christians". The last beast makes an image to the first beast. So this history will repeat itself.

Does anyone besides “sabbath keepers” receive the seal of God?

A simple “yes” or “no” will suffice for an answer.

While you have and exercise the right to twist and manipulate the words of scripture and others in the posts which you write, your power of manipulation ends when it comes to my responses. I know not whom God gives His seal to presently, gave it to in the past, or will give it to in the future. I do not believe He gives His seal to any who willfully reject truth. Which group I believe will include all of humanity who reject God's fourth commandment when Sunday sacredness is forced upon all by civil law, and subject themselves to the beasts worship over worship of the true God. There will be no excuse at that time, especially because we have been telling the world this would happen for over 100 years now. Noah spent 120 years building the arch before the flood, it is only right that this final message and warning continue longer, since this time the end is the end, not another beginning for fallen humanity.

Yes, and that time, this will be true. It will be a climactic moment for the inhabitants of this world. All will either worship beast and receive it's mark, or worship God and be sealed by the Holy Spirit of God. How else should it be, when God returns to settle all matters? All will be decided when Christ returns. This is according to God's will as predicted by His word. He has chosen the the deception, and events which will decide the fate if all.

So someday God’s seal will be - according to what Ellen has written - the Sabbath instead of the Holy Spirit.

Thanks for the clarification.

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. 19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. 20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. 21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. 8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 Of sin, because they believe not on me; 10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. 12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

No one who denies the truth, will have or receive the seal of God which is His Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of truth.

17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. 18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.

We are sanctified by the truth, God's word is truth. All who deny the same deny the truth and thus the Holy Spirit if God as well.

Exo 20:1 And God spake all these words, saying,......
8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: 11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Those who deny the word of God, deny the truth, and the Holy Spirit who reveals truth. They will not and cannot receive the seal of God which is the Holy Spirit of God.

Rev 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, 7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Its coming, the steps to substitute the Sabbath, but in a way we never expected. In the May 2020 Popes encyclical letter, 'Laudato Si', you find that the 'Sunday rest' is suggested to be enforced by the nations.

Pope Francis May 2020 plan is to rally Nations behind Climate Change and Sunday law.

The encyclical is called Laudato Si, and is the Pope's encyclical on climate change, which looks on the surface as just reducing carbon emissions, carpooling, planting trees and recycling, etc....But in the encyclical, the Pope suggest also a worldwide day of rest, Sundays with keeping a better environment.

The implication here is that we need to have a law mandating rest on Sunday, so it appears that his agenda on climate change includes giving Sunday rest and worship mandated by law to improve the environment.. The Pope is asking the world to join this rest, take a look..

May 2020 encyclical letter 'Laudato S?i'.
"...As part of this year's anniversary activities, a 'Laudato Si' Action Platform will also be launched, with various institutions committing to a 7-year project aimed at reaching total sustainability in the spirit of Laudato S'i.
Among the goals of the platform, according to the Vatican's department for Integral Human Development, are adopting simpler lifestyles and developing ?ecological economics? based on sustainable production, fair trade, using less plastic and adopting a more plant-based diet to reduce meat consumption, as well as a broader use of public transport in order to reduce pollution.
According to their communique, the Vatican's development office intends to launch the platform in early 2021 by inviting several institutions to begin the 7-year project. The following year, they will encourage a new group to join, with the hope of doubling the number of entities committing to the 7-year plan.
?In this way we are planning to grow a Laudato Si ' inspired network that continues to expand and grow exponentially each year,' they said, noting that this initiative will continue for each consecutive year of the new decade, with the goal of arriving at the 'critical mass' needed in order to lead a 'radical societal transformation' inspired by Pope Francis in Laudato Si......"https://cruxnow.com/vatican/2020/05/vatican-launches-year-long-celebration-of-laudato-si/

The encyclical letter Laudato Si is available here on the Vatican website. And so we come to the notion of rest, or more accurately, Sabbath:
237. On Sunday, our participation in the Eucharist has special importance. Sunday, like the Jewish Sabbath, is meant to be a day which heals our relationships with God, with ourselves, with others and with the world. Sunday is the day of the Resurrection, the 'first day' of the new creation, whose first fruits are the Lord's risen humanity, the pledge of the final transfiguration of all created reality. It also proclaims '(humankind's) eternal rest in God'.[CCC 2175] In this way, Christian spirituality incorporates the value of relaxation and festivity. http://w2.vatican.va/content/france...0150524_enciclica-laudato-si.pdf#page=47
