No, but I am not particulary impressed with Bullshidder (I believe that is the website)  If the attitude represented on that forum is indicative of the "lifestyle" I am quite disillusioned.   By the way, I know Mike Blackwell personally.

 I believe martial arts is the best form of exercise possble.

I do not believe in the competition aspect of it, but as exercise and self-defense...yes.

Martial arts builds up the cardio system, build flexibility, builds physical strenght.

I also don't believe any one system, is best overall.

 I believe in mixed martial arts.

Taking a little from each system, that fits an individual's abilities and limitations.

I used to be into martial arts back in the day. I went to a school that had bullies and had to learn how to fight. No-one really taught me how to fight, so I got into martial arts and learned how to fight.
