I choose "not OK".  istm that if there's a team that wins a BCS bowl to finish an undefeated season, it's hard to say a team that's lost is the national champion.

If we really take an honest look at the matter, we must conclude that there is no such thing as a bona fide national champion, and no really practical way to determine one.

I think depending on how Florida and Oklahoma play, Utah deserves to be No. 1 now. They are a good team, they were prepared well, and they executed their plan to perfection, Plus they are undefeated, beating Alabama who was No. 1 for 5 straight weeks before losing to Florida, who might well end up No. 1.

I also believe that undefeated Utah should be number 1. Fair is fair!

Yeah, they probably would beat them.  Smoke them??  I dunno.  Against good defenses it seems the Big 12 still seems to move the ball although they have now (in the bowl season) found out what 3rd and 4th downs look like.  As the field shrinks, they struggle to score TD's.

Because of their defense, I expect Florida to win, but I can't in good conscience root for an SEC team.  So I'll take the points.
