As though the Red Wings' disgusting performance hadn't been enough, a headline in the Morning Sun newspaper, published in Mt. Pleasant and Alma, Michigan, has utterly and totally finished the job.  Why did that idiot football player get only 30 days for manslaughter?  If any ordinary person had been comvicted of the same crime, he/she would have gotten a sentence couched in years, rather than just days.  This kind of mollycoddling of athletes thoroughly disgusts me, even to the point of putting me at risk for a M.I. Has Jehovah been replaced by "the god of sports"?
