Our Church TV program
« on: August 16, 2011, 03:20:44 PM »
We tape this program at our church and received this letter about it !

Things going on in this world today .......

Dear Forgotten Truths Miniseries,

I realize the glory goes to our God in Heaven but nonetheless I would like to thank you for being such a blessing to me.

As you may have guessed I have yet to find another person receptive (traditions of men, you know) to our God's method of studying His Holy Word.

I don't see how you can have the " sound doctrin" Paul talks about in I and II Timothy apart from rightly dividing the word of truth.

It's sad to say, but all I'm hearing is "feel good" Christianity today.

I let my church know where I stand and was not well received as you can imagine. I will follow my God's words, not my pastor's. It's to bad. They are missing so much.

Thank you again

God Bless you All!
Your Brother In Christ
P.S. The TV Show is one of my highlights of the week. I love it!
As a matter of fact, I gave that small booklet, The Key to Understanding the Bible to one of the deacons and his advice was to be careful about what I see on TV and I should burn the booklet! Satan is alive and well not doubts.

It's obvious to me dispensational bible study is God's way! May God help us all ! Amen
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God
Not of works, lest any man should boast.

I googled the program.

Your church and this program is what would be termed as hyper-dispensational.  I'm not a fan of KJV only, or a transitional gospel in the book of Acts before Paul's writings.

Since I do not agree with hyper-dispensationalism, I do not believe that this program rightly divides the Word.
If I don't like what God's Word says in the New Testament, it must be old covenant!

If you disagree with me, you must not be listening to the Holy Spirit!

What version do you use?
It's just as important to KNOW what's NOT in the Bible
as it is to KNOW what IS
