Dear brother, if others have not experienced the doubts, the praying for deliverance that does not seemingly come in time, being angry with God, and yet knowing you have no other cure for the pain you are going through; they have normally went very few miles with our Lord.
Job said it this way: Job 3:3 Let the day perish wherein I was born, and the night in which it was said, There is a man child conceived. (I wish I had never been born).
Jonah 3:10 Concerning Nineveh, "God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not."
Jonah 4:1 But it displeased Jonah exceedingly, and he was very angry.
Dear Father, as with David when he prayed "Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit," please touch this dear saint today with gladness, rejoicing, and hope that only You can bestow in us that believe, and I do ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
This comes to mind in Isaiah 61:3, To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.
