God didn't allow evil!  But He did allow creatures the freedom of choice, He gave us emotions that make us able to comprehend certain things, He gave us a free will so that we were better able to understand the love that He shows us.  If we were unable to make our own choices that would basically make us robots,  so no God didnt create evil, he just made satan in a way that was more intelectuall and emotion based than any of his other creations and because God gave satan the depth to decerne good and evil, satan chose evil....
hope that makes sence  Amen!

The Lord said he brings the evil. Evil don't come on its own it is sent by God.

Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid?  shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?

He said he creates evil

Isa 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

Jn 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

Jn 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

Yup. Romans 9:19 predicts exactly some of the reactions that you see here, and the "free will" doctrine, that people made up because of confusing the sovereign will and creation of the Lord as something that butts heads with personal accountability. God created evil for the reason I mentioned earlier in this thread, and the good pottery he creates is contrasted by those he makes for "common use." (Paul was slandered for making comments like this, while others twisted the doctrine)

God made evil. God made people who do evil. All of that to separate from Himself, to contrast light and dark.

Some of the other statements are also true: On the human perspective, God allowed it to show the powers of mercy of judgment, making that light and dark separation in man (that is, their lives). That is also why healing--and miraculous healing--come from God as signs that glorify Him. Essentially yes, it is the Lord's pleasure to separate light and dark.

I am in need of being reminded of things that God has already taught me.

Trust me--I'm not like most people. 90% of the time, I'm straight-faced and it really isn't personal.

Hosea 4:6  My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Hosea 4:7  As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory into shame.

Pretty much self explanatory. As Lucifer and all the angels were created spirit beings and with freewill this is also a reason why God could never destroy Lucifer who brought sin into the world to begin with. This is why this world is so wicked and praise the Lord as a child of the most High we are not of this world even though we have to live in it we do not have to be subject to it to a certain extent.

God allows evil in the same way that the sun allows the night. He creates evil in the same way turning off a light in a room creates darkness.

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

"And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their deeds were evil.
For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.
