Some of tips that are good for weight loss are:
Go for running especially go for morning walk
Do swimming and workout
Try to avoid oily things and use low carb diet foods
Drink plenty of water to lose weight.

Regardless of what method you use to reduce weight, one way or another it all comes down to basics.  The one rule of weight loss is to consume fewer calories than are needed.  Only then will the body draw upon existing stores of calories in the body.  Exercise is extremely valuable for everyone.  Exercise will tend to make the body pull those needed calories from fat tissue and not from muscle tissue.  However, exercise will never trump eating.  The front line of every college level and professional level football team demonstrates that fact wonderfully.  The problem that nearly everyone runs into in trying to loose weight is being satiated while consuming fewer calories than needed.  That is one reason why the Adkins approach, or the high protein, low carb diets seem to succeed better than some others.  Protein tends to satiate much better than do carbs.  That by the way is generally all that supplements can do for you, namely, reduce hunger pangs, i.e., induce satiation.  There are some other, perhaps more subtle, influences of supplements, but the key element in any weight loss regimen is the consumption of fewer calories than the body requires to function and not be driven by hunger pangs.

I wouldn't recommend taking supplements.  Some have dangerous side effects and are really useless without resistance training (weight lifting) and cardio, so your best bet is to just do that instead of wasting your money on supps.  Keep the rep ranges between 8-15, never go lower.  Include cardio in your work out ex. cardio in the morning with resistance training in the afternoon.  Stay away from all junk food/sweets/unhealthy food and drink plenty of water.

The best way to loose excess weight, is to eat only when you are hungry, and not to eat, when you are not hungry.

When you are hungry, that is a signal from your body, that your body needs more calories and nutrients.

Hunger is the best cook. The test buds of your tongue, become more sensitive to flavours, when your are hungry, which means you will enjoy your food more.

When eating only when you are hungry, that is the time when there are maximum amount of digestive juices produced in your body.

Do not eat according to the clock on the wall. Eat according to the clock build inside your body, which is your hunger.

When you eat only when you are hungry, you will not deprive yourself of food, and you will not starve, but you will give your body pleasure, by satisfiying its hunger with food.

If you eat when you are not hungry, you are putting more calories in your body, which your body does not need.

When you eat only when you are hungry, you will give your body only the calories it needs, at the time it needs them.

Make the size of your meal portions to be the size of your fist. And yes, you can be satisfied with portions the size of your fist.

When a baby is born, the size of its stomach is approximately the size of its fist.
But the stomach has the abillity to stretch many times its own initial size, just by overeating.

If you do what is written above, there is a great chance, that you will become normal weight in a few months time.

Supplements only supplement.  I have found that doing cardio on an empty stomach and then eating a small nutritious meal afterwards work best for me.

Well here are some easy tips, for weight loss.
1. Do Exercise Routine regularly. Cycling, Running swimming.
2. Do not drink, liquids with your meals.
3. Eat vegetable.
4. Drink Green Tea or herbal tea.
5. Avoid the stress
5. Do not eat junk food.
6. Do Yoga regularly.
7. Follow the exercise, and diet schedule.
8. Motivate yourself, to maintain the health.
9. Drink plenty of water.

Add protein to your diet, it will keep you feeling satisfied for a longer time, actually protein will keep you feeling full far longer than fiber does. There are plenty of sources of healthy protein such as salmon, sardines, sushi, lean meat, chicken breasts, raw nuts and seeds. Add protein to at least two of your meals every day for faster weight loss results.

Hello friends !!! If you want lose your weight naturally then you should take exercise regularly in the morning or evening & yoga, cycling, walking, it's best way for quickly reduce your weight...

I try to not go above 1,200 calories a day. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. Eat at least 2 apples a day, they keep me feeling full. Exercise 30-40 minutes daily! I also try to avoid salt and sugars, I don't drink sodas.

I m not a big fan of green tea,in my opinion diet control and exercise are the best way to control and manage our weight issues.Try to rely on raw vegetables and fruits instead of junk unhealthy foods and eating habits.Regularly exercise according to your condition and physique.

Eating balance diet is first step towards losing weight. Eat lesser amounts of food than usual. Avoid the intake of tea or coffee with sugar. Drink more water. Adopt cardio exercise for fast losing weight. I prefer exercise and diet for safe losing weight.

There are many ways to reduce weight but it depends on you that which method you will follow. The problem with most of the methods is that, most people end up putting the weight straight back on.
