Some of tips that are good for weight loss are:
Go for running especially go for morning walk
Do swimming and workout
Try to avoid oily things and use low carb diet foods
Drink plenty of water to lose weight.

Regardless of what method you use to reduce weight, one way or another it all comes down to basics.  The one rule of weight loss is to consume fewer calories than are needed.  Only then will the body draw upon existing stores of calories in the body.  Exercise is extremely valuable for everyone.  Exercise will tend to make the body pull those needed calories from fat tissue and not from muscle tissue.  However, exercise will never trump eating.  The front line of every college level and professional level football team demonstrates that fact wonderfully.  The problem that nearly everyone runs into in trying to loose weight is being satiated while consuming fewer calories than needed.  That is one reason why the Adkins approach, or the high protein, low carb diets seem to succeed better than some others.  Protein tends to satiate much better than do carbs.  That by the way is generally all that supplements can do for you, namely, reduce hunger pangs, i.e., induce satiation.  There are some other, perhaps more subtle, influences of supplements, but the key element in any weight loss regimen is the consumption of fewer calories than the body requires to function and not be driven by hunger pangs.

I wouldn't recommend taking supplements.  Some have dangerous side effects and are really useless without resistance training (weight lifting) and cardio, so your best bet is to just do that instead of wasting your money on supps.  Keep the rep ranges between 8-15, never go lower.  Include cardio in your work out ex. cardio in the morning with resistance training in the afternoon.  Stay away from all junk food/sweets/unhealthy food and drink plenty of water.

The best way to loose excess weight, is to eat only when you are hungry, and not to eat, when you are not hungry.

When you are hungry, that is a signal from your body, that your body needs more calories and nutrients.

Hunger is the best cook. The test buds of your tongue, become more sensitive to flavours, when your are hungry, which means you will enjoy your food more.

When eating only when you are hungry, that is the time when there are maximum amount of digestive juices produced in your body.

Do not eat according to the clock on the wall. Eat according to the clock build inside your body, which is your hunger.

When you eat only when you are hungry, you will not deprive yourself of food, and you will not starve, but you will give your body pleasure, by satisfiying its hunger with food.

If you eat when you are not hungry, you are putting more calories in your body, which your body does not need.

When you eat only when you are hungry, you will give your body only the calories it needs, at the time it needs them.

Make the size of your meal portions to be the size of your fist. And yes, you can be satisfied with portions the size of your fist.

When a baby is born, the size of its stomach is approximately the size of its fist.
But the stomach has the abillity to stretch many times its own initial size, just by overeating.

If you do what is written above, there is a great chance, that you will become normal weight in a few months time.

Supplements only supplement.  I have found that doing cardio on an empty stomach and then eating a small nutritious meal afterwards work best for me.

Well here are some easy tips, for weight loss.
1. Do Exercise Routine regularly. Cycling, Running swimming.
2. Do not drink, liquids with your meals.
3. Eat vegetable.
4. Drink Green Tea or herbal tea.
5. Avoid the stress
5. Do not eat junk food.
6. Do Yoga regularly.
7. Follow the exercise, and diet schedule.
8. Motivate yourself, to maintain the health.
9. Drink plenty of water.

Add protein to your diet, it will keep you feeling satisfied for a longer time, actually protein will keep you feeling full far longer than fiber does. There are plenty of sources of healthy protein such as salmon, sardines, sushi, lean meat, chicken breasts, raw nuts and seeds. Add protein to at least two of your meals every day for faster weight loss results.

I try to not go above 1,200 calories a day. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. Eat at least 2 apples a day, they keep me feeling full. Exercise 30-40 minutes daily! I also try to avoid salt and sugars, I don't drink sodas.

I m not a big fan of green tea,in my opinion diet control and exercise are the best way to control and manage our weight issues.Try to rely on raw vegetables and fruits instead of junk unhealthy foods and eating habits.Regularly exercise according to your condition and physique.

Eating balance diet is first step towards losing weight. Eat lesser amounts of food than usual. Avoid the intake of tea or coffee with sugar. Drink more water. Adopt cardio exercise for fast losing weight. I prefer exercise and diet for safe losing weight.

There are many ways to reduce weight but it depends on you that which method you will follow. The problem with most of the methods is that, most people end up putting the weight straight back on. Obviously exercise and it is on of the basic needs of life.Very important for an active and healthy life.
I suggest you not to take any supplement because it contains steroids and other harmful ingredients.
Training is the best way to lose weight you should walk at least 1 hour each day they will burn you fats rapidly.and you will get a new look.
Morning or evening walk is best for you.
Do push ups.
Bench press.
Pull ups.
Surely you will see the difference.
Avoid fats in your diet.

I don't think that artificial trick will be work effectively; according to health experts it is quite better to deal with our overweight problems through exercise instead of supplements. In most of the occasion we have found that supplement works quicker but also brings several side effects. But in case of exercise we have not found any type of side effects. For more information about weight loss you may put question over here:  personally I used to go for exercise.  I know it works a little slower but still effective.

Exercise and dieting are the best ways for the weight loss because these methods lose the weight naturally without any adverse effect. 
The use of the supplements and steroids is not good for the health because they bring various adverse effects.

 Hey guys :-)
 I just wanted to throw in something that helped me tremendously. Of course watching your diet and regular exercise are required. But, it gets boring. I had an accident in 1990 that left me without the ability to jog or run. Being athletic when I was younger made it difficult to do what felt like mundane type exercises, and I became bored with them before very long. Maybe most of you know this already, but I got a pair of radio headphones and started wearing them when riding my stationary bike. Man! What a difference in time and consistency. Found a station that plays almost all music from my younger years, which was in the 60s and 70s. It seemed to cut my riding time by at least 1/2. I also experimented with microwaving natural foods and came up with a mixture of veggies that I can eat almost every night. Have been consistent and have lost close to 25 lbs since Jan. this year. Slow, but losing a pound or two a week seems to be not too hard. Also, almost totally quit refined sugar and dairy and meat. Not totally, but close.
 But with exercise, try the music. If it's a good beat, it sure helps.

Good for you, Hueffed! I was a raw vegan for quite a while, then fell off the wagon. Adding the meat and other things wasn't good for my blood pressure, health, weight... I'm now back on track, but this time, I'm a lacto-ovo pescatarian. It's much easier to stay with than raw vegan.  ::smile::  The hardest thing for me to give up was Chick-fil-a cobb salads. I usually ate one of those every week.
What are you typical daily meals like?

Which would raise your BP, which wouldn't be good, so it's good you eat meat. I love a thick, juicy T-bone, but for some reason, when I eat all that meat, my BP skyrockets. I also love a big pot of chili when it turns cool outside, but I'll have to make it with beans instead of meat again.

Best way to lose weight is to quit eating.  No fat people in concentration camps.   Doesn't matter about thyroid or metabolism,  if you don't eat, you lose weight.

You can follow both of them. But I think exercise is the best method.

As of about six months ago (last time I was at my doctor's office and was weighed) my weight loss totaled over 50 pounds and it took me about a year to do it.   I cut back on portions, limit my snacking and rarely drink any soft drinks/sodas.   

I'm still hoping lose a bit more but it comes off slowly, which is really a better way to lose weight.   I've done the crash diets and the early Atkins diet with nearly all protein/fat diets, and while I can lost weight more quickly on those I find I gain most of the weight back.   It's better to just eat less of a balanced diet.   I'm diabetic and need to do that anyway.   Over ten years I've dropped my waist measurement twelve inches.    So, it's been a slow, steady process.    Weight loss is not something you can do in you mind, but you have to change what you've been doing.    Exercise helps but can't say that I have any particular routine; that's hit and miss.

www.dietdoctor.com  I lost 30lbs in two months and kept it off.  They aren't selling anything, just educating people on why they're gaining weight and how to lose it.

Not only did I lose weight but I feel 100% healthier and as long as I'm eating the right things my arthritis doesn't even bother me.   ::clappingoverhead::

I once lost a good 12 lbs by speed walking. I read "The Bio-diet." It's the only way, imo, to lose weight.

Low fat and low carbs is the idea.  Protein for breakfast  (yogurt, hard boiled eggs- ymmm!)

Calories count. 

The 1st week, I went 2 days with very low carbs.  Then, as I walked around (speed-walking) I had to stop several times to urinate.  Then, after 4 weeks, I dropped 12 lbs.

I kept it off. In fact, my metabolism revved up and 20 years later, ugh, I actually need to gain weight (like 15 lbs) 

Anyway, low fat, low carbs and speed walking for 1/2-3/4 hour daily and you'll drop solid weight in a few weeks. ::takingphoto::
