1. Eat only when you are hungry, because, that is the time, when your body needs more calories from outside itself, and it wants to eat. That will help you, to become a normal weight, not too skinny or fat, in a few months.
Also, the greatest concentration of digestive juices, is when you are hungry.
Eating only when your are hungry, will help you not to go on a diet, and NOT to restrict yourself and NOT to deprive yourself from food. You will just eat the food when your body needs it, and the feeling of satisfying of hunger, is the one which your body likes, and you will like too.
Your test buds, are more sensitive to food, when you are hungry, than when your are not hungry and satisfied, which in turn will make you enjoy food even more. Proverbs 27:7
When you feel hunger pangs in your stomach, that means that your stomach is empty, and is ready for the next meal. Eating only when you are hungry will give your body more time, to rest, repair and restore itself, between the meals.
2. Each meal, should be about the size of your fist. When a person is born, the initial size of his stomach, is about the size of his fist. The stomach has the ability, to stretch a few times its own initial size. Proverbs 25:16,27
Yes, you can be satisfied and feel satisfied with eating a meal, which is only the size of your fist.
Eating small meals, the size of your fist, means your body needs to produce less juices, to digest those meals, which in turn, will make easier for your body to digest the meal.
Eating a small meal, the size of your fist, will let you feel refreshed and not heavy, after eating the meal, because the digestive process also needs energy, for the digestive organs, to digest the food. In fact, the digestive process, requires more energy, than some aerobic sports. Small meals will not make you tired, but easier to digest, and will give your body enough calories to function, without calories left from the meal, to be stored as fat. That means, your body will utilize most of the calories of the small meal, for its function and not for making in into fat.
Eat until you feel satisfied. You should feel light, energetic and refreshed after a meal, if you eat meals the size of your fist. if you feel heavey, lethargic and with discomfort after a meal, you have eaten too much.
Eating only when you are hungry, with meals the size of your fist, will eventually make you eat much less food than usual, which in turn, will be cheaper for you, and healthier for your body, because the body will eat only the calories which it needs, and not more, not for storing it into fat.
