I am 24 and suffering from emotional eating practices; I used to gain 10 times of my actual weight. I really frustrated with extra fats in my body; please suggest me how to reduce fats quickly without restrict my favorite foods & recipes.

If you keep eating, you will gain.  If you do not restrict yourself, you will be signing your own death sentence.  Do not ask for help and put on the proviso that you do not want to change what is causing the problem!  You do not really want help, do you?  You want an excuse or some sort of miracle to happen.  It doesn't work that way.  Self-discipline is a good thing.  Try it.
