Many of you are now aware that diets simply don't work if you're not also physically active.
I've been riding bicycles most of my life. I'm covered in beneficial brown fat as a result. Lean and well proportioned.
The key to sustained weight loss is to throttle up your metabolism. You do this by sustained physical exertion.
One can argue that "well, I get enough exercise at work". Not likely.
While you may come home tired, you need a specific kind of activity to adjust the metabolism.
Walking is always good. Biking is even better.
Anything that sustains the exertion on a low level will work. You need to take care to exercise all the body and not just certain muscle groups. I have great legs, but for the arms, I like yardwork. When you live in a rainforest, there's always yardwork.
Get a bike. Put you whole family on them.
Ride and be happy.
