Judge Orders School to Remove Christ From Christmas. Their EPIC Defiance Is Going Viral

A high school in Indiana was sued by angry atheists and liberals over its long-running tradition of holding a “Christmas Spectacular” every holiday season, which included a live nativity scene as part of the performance.

However, after Concord High School was sued by the Freedom From Religion Foundation and the American Civil Liberties Union, ostensibly on behalf of an offended student and parent, a judge issued an injunction on the live nativity scene, according to the New York Post.

U.S. District Judge Jon DeGuilio agreed with the perpetually offended liberals, issuing the temporary injunction while ruling that “the living Nativity scene impermissibly conveys an endorsement of religion and thus runs afoul of the Establishment Clause.”

It would appear though that the school’s officials are smarter than both the proud atheists and the judge, as they easily found a way around the ruling while still technically remaining in compliance with the order. Showing some defiant initiative and last-minute improvisational skills, the school set up a nativity display for their Christmas production using mannequins instead of students, much to the delight of the audience.
