How does a non Catholic get excommunicated? Wake up America!

Well that should tell us just how he sees himself. God upon the earth

Do we understand the future implications of this?

Where did they get that rubbish from - The Onion?

Grow up guys.

Came up on a search concerning Trump and the Pope's little squabble. Perhaps you could clear this claim up with a little more than sarcasm. Haven't seen anything else on it.

What Rubbish ?

Find me a reliable report not some nutty paper quoting "sources close to the Vatican".

Here is some interesting information though, concerning Trumps education.

He attended Fordham University, University of Pennsylvania, and Wharten school of finance. All are either Jesuit or Jesuit connected according to the following internet sites. The following statement may be found at https://www.generations-campaign.org/the-campaign/formation/  All emphasis in the following quote is mine.

JESUIT FORMATION

Once a man enters the Society of Jesuits, the Province assumes all the costs of housing, education, training, and providing them with the spiritual and apostolic experiences to prepare them for a lifetime of religious life and work for the Church and society. The average annual cost for tuition and living expenses for one Jesuit in Formation is approximately $50,000-$60,000. Jesuit scholastics undertake their standard formation (philosophy and theology) sometimes as undergraduates in philosophy and other disciplines, and always as graduate students in theology at Boston College, Santa Clara University, Loyola University Chicago, Saint Louis University, and Fordham University.

Jesuits might also obtain advanced degrees and doctorates at many institutions, including the University of Pennsylvania, Notre Dame University, Duke University, Georgetown University, Harvard University, Yale University, and the University of Southern California, among others.

Looks like Trump at least chose the route of Jesuit education. The following site speaks of Wharton School of Finance and the Jesuits. Go down to subheading Engaging Businesses and Business Executives in Business Education on the above site, to see Jesuit info. regarding the same.

https://www.scu.edu/ethics/focus-areas/business-ethics/resources/business-ethics-in-action-jesuit-business-school-/

Then go to this Wharton internet site and observe their promotion of the Jesuits.

So, where did Trump receive his financial education, and whose ideology of economics is he likely to follow and establish in this nation if he becomes President?

This is a report on the original report. Note it says:
In August, satirical website the National Report published a "news" article announcing that Pope Francis had excommunicated Donald Trump from the Catholic Church for his "un-Christian" behavior.

Note the: satirical website.

This is satire not reality.

This is about the Republican "excommunicating" Trump not the Pope

I'm the one who provided the internet sites exposing the fact that the first one I provided is likely incorrect, not you, though I asked for substantiation from Catholics themselves. The internet sites provided concerning Trumps education are Jesuit or educational institution sites themselves. I shared facts about Trumps education. The first site I provided concerning Trumps excommunication is apparently false, my bad. It means nothing to me to confess the truth and admit when a source I provided was wrong, how about you. Are you stating that the info I supplied via internet sites about Trumps education are false?
Which bit of "I'm not interested in your anti-Jesuit obsession" are you having a problem understanding?
Your lie, that the info provided about Trumps education is of the same ilk of that provided about his excommunication, and as much nonsense. Nor do I have a problem understanding what you are interested in or not. I'm simply not interested in what you are interested in or not. What I shared had and has nothing to do with what you are interested in or not. Nor will I consider you alone at all when deciding what or what not to share in the future.
woooo! Being shown up to be an idiot over your "news story" really got you in a tantrum didn't it!

I'll leave you to throw your toys around.
wow. some reply. I'll just put you in the 'voting for Trump' column...

I'm not interested in your anti-Jesuit obsession. It's of the same ilk as your Pope excommunicates Trump nonesense
Yes, I know, you would like to make them the same, but they absolutely are not. what does that matter?  when Obama ran, several people from there came here, rented a house, signed up and voted for him.  you stay in the column for Trump.
