I am new here just got on. I have an iPad and a smartphone. Plan to get an HP laptop computer when I return to Texas. I logged in on my iPad fine, that's where I registered but when I tried to log in on my smartphone it said the password is incorrect. Can anyone explain why?
I don't know, sorry.
Does your password start with a capital or underscore?
Depending on the OS sometimes the password field will automatically convert the first character into a capital.
You will not be able to see because the password field only shows ******
So if your password is "abc" some password fields will change it to "Abc" and then you get an error message.
The other way around can also be the case.

This may sound elementary~but when a piece of equipment does not work you must start with the very obvious, which is MAKE SURE you are doing your password correctly. All companies will tell you to start there~then your next best source of help is Mr. Google and the company from whence the phone came from.
I refuse to use a password to get onto my phone~I care less who reads my phone for I do not keep important information on there, too easy to be hacked into and all the girlfriends on there, well, they are three daughters and eight granddaughters! My wife knows them all.... ::smile::
