I have an older brother, who has had a blessed life. Literally, a book could be written about all the things he's been blessed to do.
He is a retired Veteran who has two sons that are retired vets also.
I could fill up this page and more, but suffice to say, he is now in the care of hospice and time is short, according to the doctors. Of course they don't know him. heh heh. Some would say he's too ornery to die, but there are no survivors, so he's on his last adventure now. I know he is a Christian, so there is no worry or wonder about his destination, but his family is losing the "character" of the family. Please pray for them as their hero is going home.
Thank you for your prayers.
Geronimo

Coincidently, my brother's name was Bill. He went home at 3:20 this morning.
Thank you to those who prayed even silently.

geronimo, I just saw this. I'm so sorry for your loss. Truly, your brother was much loved - it's easy to tell. Life is so short - even for those who live what we consider very long lives. My grandson lost one of his buddies from boot camp last week. Not in combat - a tragic accident. Whether we live many years, or just a few on this earth - "It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away." I'm thankful your brother had many years here to serve God, family, and country and your family has many memories to draw close to in your time of sadness. Bless you and yours, geronimo.
Dear Geronimo & family,
