My job has been going great for the past 7 months or so. I also bought a house with little to no problems at a price that's WAY underneath what Redfin says it's worth now. The housing situation has been so bad since 2022 of course that it was hard to be optimistic for a deal anywhere near is good as what I got.
I'm gearing up for a solid rest of the year for productivity beyond that.
I'd still ask for prayer for a couple of New Zealand ladies I know, though -- very, very dear to me. Thanks!
