I realize this was a joke (or not?) but maybe the reason divorce rates are lowest in marriages between two men is not because there's no women involved, but because infidelity rates in gay marriages are much higher than in heterosexual marriages, and the infidelity in gay marriages is most often accepted as the norm within the community. In a heterosexual marriages, wives usually won't put up with a cheating husband and will divorce him on the spot. Not so in gay marriages - so lower divorce rate.
Also-
One major reason heterosexual marriages end in divorce is because of financial stress negatively affecting the marriage. Again, that situation is different in gay marriages where there's usually a higher combined income and often no children to support, etc.
