This is so ironic since we have been talking about the group Acappella in GCM for a while now. I just got an e-mail from a lady in my congregation who is getting a group of people together for Accapella's 2/5 concert in Richmond. It will be my first time to see them or any group like that.
Apparently a group from the church went last year and had a blast! I have been wondering all along how my church stood on this type of thing...and although my congregation has progressive overtones, the music issue is never talked about. I was so happy to get the e-mail. Okay...now I have to get those Streams brochures out!

Charles, I just found out that the deacon who sent out the e-mail about Acappella went to high school with Keith Lancaster in Paris, TN. His wife told me that they went to see the group every time it was in a 200 mille radius of DC. Small world, huh?
