I was wondering if someone could answer a few questions about the forum statement of faith.
Do you believe in the Godhead, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, as in the Trinity, or as the oneness Pentecostals do?
Also, the "one true baptism", are you speaking of the baptism by Jesus with the Holy Spirit, that happens the moment one first believes with genuine faith, or water baptism?
Thank you.

Frankly, they are one and the same, as far as I am concerned.  You haven't reconciled your faith with an actual willingness to obey and follow until you've submitted to the immersion.
And I never have been too very worried about all that picking-apart of the Godhead with tweezers and a magnifying glass... three in one?  three as one? one divisible, yet indivisible?  three stacked in a hierarchy?  three overlapping in responsibility and duty? the Lord our God, the Lord is One?  Father Son Spirit Earth Wind Fire Still Small Voice Mother Hen...
When does it start to matter how many faces you see on the One True God?
But of course you'd have to check with Lee Wilson, who decided to use that slightly adapted Creed for its compact touching upon all the important points.  It's his site, what does he say?
