Here is a good one on the dangers of High Fructose Corn Syrup.   (http://www.femhealth.com/dangersofhfcs.html)

Most don't know but one can of soda is equal to 17 teaspoons of sugar.  The worst kind of sugar is HFCS.

The experts used to say that eggs were bad to eat.  Now research has shown that eggs are chock full of good things such as choline, lutein, and much protein, etc.

Like the bible says, woe unto them that call good evil and evil good.

In the dark ages ignorant people believed that tomatos were poisonous.
History repeats itself.

Did you know that everybody has some salmonella in they guts?  Yes but the good bacteria keeps it in check.  Same thing with  E. Coli.  Everyone has it but it is not harmful until antibiotics in food and in drugs kill off the good bacteria then that is when it becomes harmful.

Nicotine in small amounts (and delivered in ways other than smoking) can have neuro protective benefits.

Cholesterol is not bad.  It is good.  It helps to produce many hormones and is present in every cell of the body.

Too much calcium is not good for people.  Most of us need less of it and more vitamin d, derived from the sun of course.  Vitamin D helps utilize the calcium along with dietary fat.

Low fat diets are harmful as certain vitamins and minerals need fat to be absorbed from the intestines.

God did not intend for us to live under central and federal government.  He created us to be autononous with the father being the head of each family and Christ being the head of the church.

Some folks can't see the forest for the trees.

Raw milk is one of the healthiest foods that one can consume.  Especially raw goats milk.

There is a product called Kefir that one can make at home.  It is chock full of good bacterias.  Many hundreds of times more than store bought yogurt.
