I have three AARP cards.
I agree,
But would say 50 or 60 and over. At 49, I'm not ready to be called a senior citizen yet. ::blushing::

You become one 19 years ago.
When I had my beard I was usually offered senior coffees at fast food joints like MacDonalds and Burger King etc. They never asked if I was a senior--they just took me for one. When the beard came off the discounted coffees stopped. I guess there's a blessing in there somewhere... ::lookaround::
I'm 52. I still have a habit of responding to store clerks, when they ask me how I am, by saying, "Not bad for an old dog." But then of course my wife says will I stop saying that--she's 52 also! ::smile::

Yeah, just remember it's very possible that you could reach the status of grandparenthood before I do. :)
