I'm too old but, I just looked out of curiosity.   The first event listed takes place just about a mile from my home.  :)
I was thinking these events would be in VT, NH, ME, MA... not in PA. :)

If you peruse farther back in the year (which is farther down the site) you would see activities from CT, NH and ME. NY is a part of New England so they are allowed to stay.  ::lookaround:: However we have a crew from PA who come up our way every year for events and camping and so others are starting to gather to go to the PA one. So that was requested to be up online there.  ::smile:: It's normally full of upper New England events. If you check out the online calendar you will see that the rest of the year is events farther north.

God is good when he connects people!

"Southern" events are fine.  I did notice some of the other events.  I just was surprised to see PA listed.  That's cool.  My daughter's school uses Camp Manatawny for it's spiritual emphasis days.  It's nice that it is so close to where we live.  She attended summer camp there several times when she was younger.  Once during summer camp, I realized that she had accidentally forgotten to put a few items in her bag.  I took it over to the camp.  The person in the office commented, "You drove all the way here for this?"  I replied, "It's closer than any grocery store, gas station, etc... "  It's actually our polling place so I will be going there to vote.

I may be heading down to Manatawny, but I wanted to make the Albany one also.

You must live in a beautiful place!  ::smile::

It's pretty, but I think New England is even more beautiful.  I love upstate NY, Vermont and New Hampshire.  (I haven't made it to Maine yet.)  When I was a kid I used to go to a camp near Saratoga Springs, NY outside a little town called Corinth.  I loved it there.

That's a pretty area, not far from here at all.  We went to ME the first time last summer just before the tourist season started.  It's worth the trip.  The coast was beautiful.
