Good posture promotes balance, reduces
strain and injury to support structures, facilitates respiratory
effort, enhances gastrointestinal processes, and
gives an appearance of confidence and health.
It helps one sing better, too ;) Really fills up the lungs. I don't get the singers who crunch up in some kind of dramatic pose. That just squeezes all the air right out of you!
