The prophetic reputation of a Pastor in U.S attained new heights with the recent revelation that he foretold the sudden death of the iconic pop legend, Michael Jackson. To read more, click the link:

Could be.
Am I supposed to be impressed by this? ::noworries::
Why should we be concerned with the "prophetic reputation" of a preacher? I thought we were supposed to be defending the honor of God in here.
If this is what the business of "prophecy" has come to, I want no part of it.
Mods, are you listening? This kind of foolishness has no place in here.

Steve, this is not my post, but why are you undies bunched in such a tight knot? Do not despise prophecies, is that what the word says? The pastor did not call MJ, out by name. You better be sure of yourself, before you call, maybe a word from the Lord foolish.
The Lord God Creator of all the Universe did not give that preacher any word about that poor sad twisted genius.
There, that's my Word of Knowledge.
Lightshine, I don't despise prophecy.
I despise the trivializing of it.

Look, we have to be careful, the pastor did not mention MJ, by name, and we have not seen the context, since there is no link. I do not know if it is truth or not. It is not my Post, and I did not hear it, but see nothing that bizarre about it. Nothing that is direct blasphemy or anything Steve. I am Biblical literate, for sure, and nothing just stands out, to have me tearing my garments, and gnashing my teeth.
I predict everyone who posts on this site will die...now I am a prophet. If the preacher-prophet wants to convince me of his prophecying abilities all he needs to do is tell me the winning lottery numbers two days in a row then I will believe anything he has to say.

OK, we have you. in a round about way comparing prophecy with fortune tellers. You just hit the nail on the head with your prophecy though unless the Lord tarries, yes we will all die, including these who post here, Including yourself. Good to know, you not a false prophet huh? We would have to stone you. ::preachit::
