When I send an e-mail to a member, I often don't find a copy of it on my account, though I checked the box for a copy. What is needed here? Thanks.

Do you mean, you need to find out if there's a setting where your Grace Centered account keeps copies of emails you sent, the same way you can set a private message with copies kept? If you can see the member's email, if they haven't hidden it, then you can just copy/paste it and send email from your own email account, and that solves the problem. But if the member has things set so they can get an email through the board -- yet the address is not available to see -- then I understand you'd have to send thru the board.
Hopefully someone less computer-ignorant than I will be along with a definitive answer -- meanwhile I will poke around my own Grace Centered email settings and see if there's anything there to help.
You have it right, janine. If someone's e-mail adress is hidden, you can send them an e-mail through the forum, but there is no record kept of it, no "outbox" for that function.
If a user's e-mail address is hidden, I recommend sending him or her a PM with your e-mail address and asking them to drop you a line.
