I have not had this option for some time and do not know why. Other members have the same problem any suggestions?

Maybe ask the resident computer genius staffer? The webmaster? Wouldn't that be the one that would be able to see the nuts and bolts behind what's going wrong? webmaster@gracecentered.com
Are you clicking "quote" from the post you would like to quote, or are you clicking "reply" and then attempting to add "insert quote" from the posts?
Which browser are you using? Have you tried another browser?
Have you tried Andre's solution of right clicking the quote button and selecting "open in a new tab"?
Alan tried all but the right click thing. Just tried that and it worked. Seems clumsy but it will work at least for me.
I am going to move this thread to the forum help it might help others.
