I wonder if any one can help me ?
I can not have dairy ! This has been going on for years....... over 30 years.
over the years I went to taking 2 pills for a while then 3,4, and then over 5 and the last
I went to 9.......... I would imagine this to be way to much...
So now I wonder if there is any thing else to help ?
I have taken the top brand and started to use the cheaper ones, since I have to take
so many.....
After a while I just cooked with none dairy, but now I am living with my son and his wife
and 8 children so they need the dairy....... she has been cooking separate for me , wich
is so nice of her..... But I sure would like to take some thing to not make her cook
separate for me.
Any ideas ? Pleases ! Thank You !
I tried looking up some thing, but really have no idea what to look for....
Thanks Again for any help ...... :)
I guess no one has any ideas ?
The dairy is bad enough , what a life it is , so very hard not to even want to eat dairy.
But to top it off I can not eat , beans and a few vegetables.....
cabbage, brockley . Brussels sprouts, one other , that I can not think of now.
The thing is I like them all......
use google and type in non diary recipes. look at the images for a quick look at finished dishes then open up those pages you like. looks good at a brief glance
Thank You
Grams, I don't like dairy myself, well milk in particular, I use Cashew or Almond milk for cereal, it's very good IMO.
grams, some people who have difficulty digesting dairy can tolerate grass fed dairy much better. Yes, it costs more than grain fed dairy products. I use grass fed heavy cream for my coffee and to pour over berries. I don't know if this is helpful to you, or not, but I thought I'd mention it. I love dairy products, so I'd be disappointed if I had to give them up, too. I'm not a big milk drinker, but I love cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, full fat kefir, and cottage cheese.

Kefir, but no mention of ice cream.

I truly didn't mean to leave out ice cream!
My favorite -
Butter pecan.
(I read that only old people choose butter pecan for their favorite flavor, so ...)

Of course ice cream is my favorite.........
But the problem is when my daughter in law cooks for the family they do not want my milk
or cheese In there food........
So I have o be picky at times and take a pill for what she has fixed... So she does
not have to cook for me all the time...... and of course pizza is great and stuff like
that........ But I really wonder if there is any other kind of pill I can take besides
the dairy pills I have been taking....... or will I just have to go see a doctor ?
