I just laughed myself silly over it
Someone some time ago, did an experiment about the effects of alcohol on apes. Chimps were given access to a lot of vodka in orange juice. They really liked it. Got really happy, and then went to sleep.
Next morning, not a good time, as the hung-over chimps sprawled out, miserably.
Here's the key; they only did it once, and wouldn't touch the stuff after that. So maybe we aren't all that much smarter than they are.
