We must know that God is Sovereign over all and it is He who raises up kings, nations and peoples and it is He who lowers them as well just to reveal His glory.

Even Pharaoh was exalted by God's will to display His strength to His people. For He is KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. Nothing happens in this earth without His approval. Not even a sparrow falls to the ground, nor did Satan touch the possessions of Job without God's permission. 
There is no ruler in this earth that God has not allowed. We reap what we have sown in our nations. If we neglect the morals of our children, they sprout up to rule over us in immoral ways. But don't think for one moment that God is not in control, He allows you get what you asked for.
But on the other hand, He also blesses and keeps watch over those who are living amongst the heathen that have done right in His sight for He truly is a JUST GOD! And not a man that He should lie, or be bribed, or bought, or false, manipulated or unjust in judgment for good or bad.

Here is a little spiritual food for you if you can see this:
Jacob and his mother may have made Jacob in the image of the firstborn, but it was God who brought it to pass because He spoke it would be so.

What is a "Jacob"?

What is a Supplanter?

What is a "Heel grabber"?

Don't you think that these Titles had any meaning to how he lived his life?

Jacob is Israel

One who takes another's place (Replaces)
Just as Jacob put on the image of the firstborn with his mother's help to steal the blessing of the firstborn.
So shall all who are hidden under the blood of Christ and have been transformed by the renewing of their mind into the image of The Firstborn with the help of our mother, heavenly Jerusalem that steals the Blessing of Abraham.

What I do know is that unlike Esau the man led by his flesh who did not care about his inheritance and sold it to Jacob for a bowl of soup for his belly NOW.
But Jacob was led of the Spirit and willing to wrestle with the Word of God all night until he was blessed by him.
And so do I!
