Ya, I was wondering the same thing.. Mike7 started a thread in the End Times Forum about the history of Preterism and Futurism which has disappeared as well. Also, many of the comments from yesterday evening are all gone... what's up?

Ok glad to know I wasn't the only one who thought something weird was going on around here. I posted something in a General Discussion forum about 'how can a parent say nasty things about their child', and my comment along with a couple of others are not there....

All the recent topics and posts disappeared and we can't even edit or delete posts anymore........

You've probably noticed that the board has been getting a facelift in the last few days. Lost data during the upgrade is the most likely explanation.

Not weird, just a by-product of upgrading the software. From this point forward that should not occur again, sorry for the inconvenience.

well admins should know that when you update your site you should ALWAYS close it for maintenance.....

It is a basic security that every owner of a site should know about it. I do not know how they missed it!

Also, a good admin should always make a copy of the posts and everything in case something like this happens. Protecting the info is what you want to do.

Data got lost because the owner was probably lazy.   (*_ '')
