I used to turn the Atari on and off really fast until it glitched and I would get double shots.

We used to have to draw our own games on the TV screen using magic markers.

I guess it was a form of escapism for me at the time, and once I recognized that I outgrew it. I used to spend vast amounts of time playing online that would interfere with my marriage and time with my family. Thankfully that is behind me. (cf. 1Cr 13:11)

Yes you do have to watch that

The video games have really moved on from the 80's like movies

Big money spinner   Halo 3 , gears of war , rainbow 6   forza motor racing

And you do have to watch the content    witchcraft new age   The lust for violence  and the sexual themes and semi nakedness   also the language

Where are the Christian games that would be able to compete

I don't have any techniques for space invaders sadly but i just want to say how good the space invaders is doing. Well there has been 100s of games like space invaders. Three cheers to Space Invaders!

42,130 was my score with 8 lives left

Dont let them get to low of you lose the lot I found out the hard way

I will not do it again as it is so slow

First blow away your shileds
2nd knock off all colums to the left or right   gives the level longer until it reaches the bottom

Keep knocking them off until 1 invader is left

And all through the game   go for the points  U.F.O s

I tried it out (yesterday).  I quit when I got over 105,000 points.
I still had some lives left.
