Soy Allergy

Does anyone have a problem with soy products?   If so, how have you been able to manage, since few products are totally soy free? 

For a few years, I've had constant breakouts on my face and forehead, along with other digestive symptoms, the cause of which has been extremely hard to pinpoint.  With God's help, I have narrowed it down to an allergy to eggs and/or soy products.   I'm now trying to find things that I can actually eat that do not contain soy, and it's quite depressing.    ::cryingtears::

Here's a list of foods that might contain soy.  You can see why it's frustrating to create a diet that doesn't contain soy products.

black bean sauce, bread, breakfast cereals, brown bean sauce, cake, cake mixes, canned soup, cheese substitutes, chocolate, cookies, cold cuts, cookie mixes, cream replacers, flavoured chips, frozen desserts, hamburger, hoisin sauce, hot dogs, ice cream, infant pablum, infant cereal, light peanut butter, meat paste, meat pies, milk, minced beef, packaged soup mixes, pancakes, prepared vegetarian meals, sausages, veggie burgers, waffle mixes

You cannot eat food if it has any of these ingredients:  any ingredient containing the words "soy" or "soya,"  hydrolyzed soy protein, soy albumin, soy protein, soy protein isolate, soya stabilizers.

It's also best to stay from these ingredients, as there is no way to know for certain if it is made from soy:  emulsifiers, hydrolysed plant protein (HVP), lecithin stabilizers, textured vegetable protein (TVP), unspecified sprouts, vegetable broth, vegetable gum, vegetable oil, vegetable paste, vegetable protein, vegetable shortening, vegetable starch. 

I'd appreciate your prayers for healing of this problem.  God has given us ALL things richly to enjoy, and I believe that includes food.  Thanks!
