Has anyone read any of Josh Harris' books...i.e. I Kissed Dating Goodbye, Boy Meets Girl, and his new one Sex is Not the Problem, Lust Is.  I just ordered this last one from Amazon.com and am looking forward to reading it.  I have read I Kissed Dating Goodbye and it was pretty good as far as addressing issues related to singleness, dating, and courtship.  He has a pretty high-standard that he followed when he and his wife were dating, i.e. no kissing!  I think that is pretty hard to stick to, but maybe not impossible.  If anyone is single or thinking about dating and wants a book from a Christian perspective on the subject, I would highly recommend one of these books.  My friend is reading Boy Meets Girl, which is also about "courtship" and he says it is very good also.  Just wanted to throw that out there for any young people who have not heard of him.  Good luck!   ::saint::

He is a great author. His books are excellent examples of exercising self control. But that does not mean that his "style" of dating is the christian thing to do.

As long as you can remember that, I kissed dating goodbye  ::reading:: is a great read.

I love them. He's one of my favourite authors.
