"Guest"

Does "Guest" show up when a person is banned or they just deleted their account? I've been noticing this a lot and just wondering what it means. Can a person still post as "Guest"?

If their name is in black, they have usually been banned.

IDK, just curious if it was possible. Deleted accounts still show up, I would have thought a deleted account would delete all trace of us here.
