What do the Amish Believe

I've always been curious what the Amish are about...beyond the no buttons, no modern conveniances, wearing all black thing.  I mean, what exactly to they profess.  I figure they agree that Christ is the son of God and He died and rose and is coming back just like we do but beyond that I have no idea.  Any thoughts?

What you describe is a very conservative and old school order.  There are many more liberal orders that even use cell phones. Go visit them in Lancaster PA or Shipshewana, IN.
