"Nebraska"

I just watched this and absolutely loved it, but it's rated "R," due to some really awful language, so it's not for you if you're sensitive about that.

Bruce Dern plays an old man who thinks he's won the Sweepstakes and wants to go from his home in Montana to Nebraska to collect his million. I immediately identified with the situation because my father thought he was, "one of the finalists," during the last years of his life.  These companies prey on elderly people with their misleading letters.  They even went so far as to ask my father directions to his house. I couldn't even get him to come to my house for Christmas dinner, he was that afraid of missing them.

But I don't want to make the movie sound depressing. It was actually funny and heartwarming, showing an old man and his son connecting as they share a trip together.
