My Comcast Company Account Was Shut Down - "Buster" Lost Everything

And I lost everything including my access to that Inbox and my password for my original registered name here: Buster D BodyCrab.

Is there any way I can retrieve that account here? Or should I just keep under this new registration? It was the only way to get in here and ask for help with this.

If it's possible at all, maybe an administrator can JOIN (SQL query) the accounts from the database. But they might not be able to run queries on the database.
