A year ago, I worked in a company of one-to-one teaching. There I met different kinds of students and parents. Nearly all the parents sent their children here to attend reenforcement classes to improve their marks. They didn't care how much money it would cost. They all hold great expectations that their children would study to get high marks, enter a good college, find a good job and change their fates.   And they all put stress on their children. Some of the children did well finally but some didn't. No matter how hard the students tried, there are always some of them make little improvement. Actually, how much wisdom a person has is predestined but can't be improved via studying hard. This is a fact and this is the truth. "Now out of the ground the LORD God had formed every beast of the field and every bird of the heavens and brought them to the man to see what he would call them. And whatever the man called every living creature, that was its name. The man gave names to all livestock and to the birds of the heavens and to every beast of the field. (Genesis 2:19,20)"&"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight.(Proverbs 9:10)" God possesses wisdom and He actually is. Wisdom comes from God. Adam has never been to school. However, as one who God loves, he receives wisdom that God endows him with and then he can name the animals easily and properly. His wisdom comes from God's blessing. If each of us can obey God's authority and accept God's domination and pursue to be the one who satisfies God's will, we can also receive God's blessing and  our lives will be more simple and we will be happier, without no competing or fighting...Hope this help you with the education of your children.

Book smarts, education IOW, and wisdom are two totally different things!

One need not be educated to be filled with godly wisdom.  If we ask for His wisdom, and dig into His Word (the real one, not the fake "the word appears in the flesh" garbage), we will find it.

James wrote God would give wisdom freely to one who merely ask in faith. It's not a predetermined thing as much as it is a gift given when asked. There's also the wisdom of the world as well, one must be careful with this.
