New here, how do you respond to posts?

I've been on here for an half hour trying find an option to reply to others posts but nothing.  I must be missing something but can't figure out what.  I did find a way to start a post so here it is.  Any advice?

This board software is kinda crappy, and whoever it was that maintained things has disappeared.

There *should* be "Reply" and "Quote" links at the upper right of each post.  If they do not appear, you can't reply.  I don't know if registering another new account would help.
