Reporting a problem

I already had mentioned to ADMIN I have a small problem that I have managed to work with concerning posting in the window, as I am doing now, it is guesswork were my cursor is.  Only on this laptop so
now it is a game....

BUT when I click on the more window above for more smileys, they pop up , and I can use them, but the more window does not go away until I
hit post and move on to something different.

It may be only me... but on both laptops this seems to be a slight problem
