This was on the bad advice thread and was intended as a suggested way to keep a dog in the yard, but it was the first post on the page, and I assumed it was stating a church philosophy.  I know of some churches....

Electrify the fence!  No need to worry about outsiders.  I small sign giving the voltage will deter any curious teenager.

I haven't been active in churches for a while partly because of these kinds of philosophies.  I wasn't thinking about that when I posted it, though.  I don't have a very metaphorical mind.
