We need to receive (the teaching of) grace so that we could have obedience to the faith (Rom 1:5); This is why we are sent a minister to impart the spiritual gift (of grace in it's teaching) so that we can be established in the faith, and this is all by the will of God (Rom 1:11-10); For the just can only live by His faith (Hab 2:4).
