What is your favorite Guitar Hero song to play from any of the series?

My current favs are:

Guitar Hero:
"Countdown To Extinction" by Megadeth
"Bark At The Moon" by Ozzy
"Cheat on the Church" bonus song...bad title, fun song to play

Guitar Hero II:
"Hangar 18" by Megadeth
"Rock This Town" by Stray Cats
The bonus song by Voivod that I can't recall the name of it...
"Sweet Child O' Mine" by Guns N Roses

Rock The 80's:
"Holy Diver" by Dio
"I Ran (So Far Away)" by A Flock of Seagulls
"Play With Me" by Extreme (although I still can't beat this song on Hard...its too...hard)

Guitar Hero III:
Don't have it yet...

Rock Band:
Don't have it yet...but I liked "One" by Metallica of course.

I have Rock Band for the PS3 and have bought several titles, like Genesis, the Who, Metallica, and some others.  We play it during our lock-in's at church.  My favorite song to play, drums and sing on is "Don't Fear The Reaper" because I need more Cowbell!

I've never played guitar hero.  Can one play a steel guitar with that game?
