Here's the thread where you can offer your tgood advice for health and wellness, based on your knowledge or experience.

Persons with cardiovascular (heart and/or circulatory) problems should neverg:
1.  eat animal skin (e.g., chicken)
2.  overindulge in caffeine or alchohol
3.  indulge in the use of tobacco products
4.  overindulge in high-fat or high-cholesterol foods
5.  indulge in foods containing large quantities of sodium

Actually I like to look at what I should be eating, instead of shouldn't.
Eat a wide variety of colorful fruits and vegetables.
Eat lean meats, fish and poultry and reduced fat dairy products.
Eat refined flour and concentrated sugars only as a treat.

Breast self-examination (BSE) should be done routinely by ALL women, and all women over 40 should have a yearly mommogram because:
a.  All women are at risk (to some degree) for breast cancer, since about 80% of those who contract the disease do not show any of the classic signs or risk factors.
B.  Family history of breast cancer is a major risk factor.
c.  Lymphatic drainage can go deep into the chest and abdomin, and can even cross over to the opposite breast.
Women under 40 years old should have mammograms every three years, and possibly more often where family history is a factor.
